2023 Bajaj Pulsar NS200, NS160 To Come With USD Forks – Teaser Out
Finally, Bajaj is bringing some major updates to its Pulsar NS200 and NS160 motorcycles in India. According to the new teaser, Bajaj will equip the new Pulsar NS200 and NS160 motorcycles with USD forks.
Diving into details, the teaser videos starts by requesting viewers to rotate their phone upside down. This is because each teaser video shows the updated upcoming Bajaj Pulsar NS200 and NS160 motorcycles upside down, and ends with the caption "Better Handling Goes Upside Down".
In the teaser video, Bajaj has not only teased the USD forks that will be coming with the updated Bajaj Pulsar NS200 and NS160 motorcycles, but the two-wheeler manufacturer has also hinted that the updated motorcycles will sport dual-channel ABS as well.
That being said, the upcoming update will be the biggest makeover received by the NS range of motorcycles since its introduction back in the year 2012 with the Bajaj Pulsar NS200 motorcycle. Moreover, thanks to the USD forks, the updated motorcycles will have a better front-end feel as well.
It is also worth mentioning that the Pune-based two-wheeler manufacturer recently launched the Pulsar NS200 motorcycle as Dominar 200 in Brazil. Moreover, this variant of the Bajaj NS200 motorcycle in Brazil sports 33mm USD forks at the front instead of conventional forks.
At present, the Bajaj Pulsar NS200 is powered by a 199.5cc, single-cylinder engine with 24bhp of power and 18.7Nm of torque. On the other hand, the NS160 comes with a 160.3cc, single-cylinder engine with 17bhp of power and 14.6Nm of torque.
We expect a price hike of around Rs 10,000 on the upcoming updated Pulsar NS200 and NS160 motorcycle due to their uprated hardware and the presence of dual-channel ABS unit - Which we expect not to be a deal-breaker for many.
