2023 Bajaj Chetak Premium Edition Launched In India At Rs 1.52 Lakh – Available In 3 Shades
Bajaj has launched the Chetak Premium Edition electric scooter in India at Rs 1.52 lakh (ex-showroom, India), and this new variant of the electric scooter is available in 3 shades.
Diving into details, the three colour options available on the newly launched Bajaj Chetak Premium Edition electric scooter include Matte Coarse Grey, Satin Black, and Matte Caribbean Blue. Furthermore, the model continues to flaunt its all-metal body.
Speaking about the body, the Bajaj Chetak Premium Edition electric scooter comes with a dual-tone seat along with very premium-looking body-coloured rear view mirrors, pillion footrest castings, and rear grab rail. Furthermore, the models also sports charcoal black headlamp casings, blinkers and central trims.
At present, Bajaj has opened bookings for the newly launched Bajaj Chetak Premium Edition electric scooter in India and the deliveries for the model is said to commence from next month onwards (April). The company is also planning an expansion to cater for the increased demand for EVs in the Indian market.
That being said, the Chetak dealership network spans across more than 60 cities in India, and the company is planning to expand to more than 100 stores in 85+ cities across the country. Moreover, the company is now able to produce 10,000 Chetak electric scooters per month.
At present, the base variant of the Bajaj Chetak electric scooter is priced at Rs 1.22 lakh (ex-showroom, Bangalore) and it is available in 4 colour options including Brooklyn Black, Hazel Nut, Indigo Metallic and Velluto Rosso.
That being said, the Bajaj Chetak electric scooter continues to come equipped with a 2.9kWh battery pack and an electric motor capable of producing 4.2kW of peak power. Also, the model measures 1,894mm long, 725mm wide, 1,132mm tall, and comes with a wheelbase of 1,330mm.
