Royal Enfield Sales September 2022 - Classic 350, Meteor 350, Hunter 350 & More
Royal Enfield has been a dominant player in the 350cc segment in India with a growing market share. This trend continues to be true and the YoY sales figures for Royal Enfield motorcycles are up by more than 144 per cent. Moreover, the launch of the Royal Enfield Hunter 350 motorcycle has also helped the company by a decent margin to improve its sales figures.
Royal Enfield models such as Classic 350, Hunter 350, Meteor, Bullet, and Electra form a little more than 90 per cent of total Royal Enfield sales in the country, and these under 350cc segment motorcycles from Royal Enfield registered more than 190 per cent YoY sales growth as the company managed to sell 74,206 units of these motorcycles in September 2022 compared to just 25,520 units sold in September 2021.
Apart from that, the under 350cc segment motorcycles from Royal Enfield witnessed a 19 per cent MoM sales growth as the company managed to sell 62,236 units of these motorcycles in August 2022.

Speaking bout the above 350cc segment Royal Enfield motorcycles, though the demand for large capacity motorcycles has been increasing over the years, Royal Enfield has witnessed a minor dip in overall sales in this particular segment as the company registered an almost 1.5 per cent decline in YoY sales figures.
In terms of numbers, Royal Enfield sold just 7,891 units of its above 350cc segment motorcycles in September 2022. In comparison, the automaker managed to sell 118 units more in September 2021. However, MoM sales figures of Royal Enfield motorcycles in the above 350cc segment motorcycles have improved by just 0.19 per cent as the company managed to sell just 7,876 units in August 2022.
Coming to the domestic sales figures, Royal Enfield sold a total of 73,546 units of its motorcycles in September 2022, resulting in a more than 170 per cent increase in its YoY domestic sales figures. Moreover, the September 2021 domestic sales figures stand at 27,233 units.
In comparison, MoM domestic sales figures of the Royal Enfield motorcycles have also increased by more than 17 per cent as the company managed to sell 62,892 units of its motorcycles in August 2022.
Moreover, the brand witnessed a 34 per cent increase in YoY export figures. In terms of numbers, Royal Enfield managed to export 8,451 units in September 2022. Apart from that, MoM export figures also improved by 17 per cent as the company managed to sell 1,231 units more in September 2022 compared to August 2022.
Thoughts About Royal Enfield Sales Figures In September 2022
The demand for Royal Enfield motorcycles is not only improving in the Indian two-wheeler market but in the international two-wheeler market as well. Apart from that, the launch of Royal Enfield Hunter 350 motorcycles seems to have helped Royal Enfield cement its dominance in the under 350cc motorcycle segment in the country.
