Bounce is a smart mobility solutions company founded in Bangalore with an aim to revolutionise mobility. It started off as a scooter share company where customers could rent scooters on an hourly or daily basis. In July 2019, Bounce launched its in-house mobility solutions and then the brand introduced its own electric scooter.

Called the Infinity E1, the scooter was launched in December 2021. With this electric scooter, Bounce revolutionised the way people thought of electric scooters. Before the launch of the Bounce Infinity E1, the brand had introduced the battery as a service program. Through this program, users can subscribe to the usage of batteries and make use of swapping stations to change batteries.

The Bounce Infinity E1 was launched at a price of Rs 68,999 with the battery and the charger. This was the top-spec variant. The base variant though doesn't come with the battery or the charger. Buyers of this variant will have to depend on the battery as a service program in order to ride their scooter. This variant was priced at Rs 45,099.

In terms of design, styling, and features, the Bounce Infinity E1 comes with the bare basics. It features a circular headlamp, a sleek and curvaceous apron, a large seat, and stylish alloy wheels. It gets disc brakes at the front and rear and on the whole features a nice retro-modern styling.

Colour options for the Bounce Infinity E1 include Sporty Red, Sparkle Black, Desat Silver, Comet Grey, and Pearl White. In terms of the hardware, the Bounce Infinity E1 gets a BLDC motor that has a peak torque output of 83Nm. The 2kWh battery is IP67-rated and gives the E1 a range of around 85 kilometres. Charging the battery takes around 4-5 hours.

Bounce claims to have completed 10+ lakh battery swaps so far and all scooters sold so far have cumulatively clocked over 2.1 crore kilometres since its launch. Now, those interested in purchasing a Bounce Infinity E1 can directly buy the scooter on Flipkart.

This service is currently available only in a select few regions at the moment. Buyers in Delhi, Gujarat, Telangana, and Maharashtra will be the first to purchase the scooter on Flipkart. This service will soon expand to other states across the country.

Once the booking is done on Flipkart, Bounce Infinity authorised dealers will reach out to the buyer for completion of other formalities like the RTO registration, insurance, etc.
