5 Upcoming Royal Enfield Motorcycles – Scrambler To Fully-Faired
Royal Enfield recently revealed the Super Meteor 650 range of motorcycles in India and the model immediately gained plenty of attention.
Moreover, the launch of the Super Meteor 650 is just the tip of the iceberg as Royal Enfield has a whole new range of motorcycles that are yet to be launched.
Furthermore, the company is growing at a decent pace and we expect Royal Enfield to grow even more in the coming years as the company is developing more than a few new Royal Enfield motorcycles. So, here are the 5 super exciting Royal Enfield motorcycles that are currently under development.
Royal Enfield Bullet
The Royal Enfield Bullet is one of the oldest nameplates and the model even holds the record for the longest continuous motorcycle in production. To keep this heritage, Royal Enfield is currently developing an all-new Bullet 350 motorcycle based on the latest J-series platform. Furthermore, numerous spy shots of the motorcycle are already doing rounds on the internet and analysing these images reveals that the upcoming Royal Enfield Bullet will feature many characteristic design traits such as the single-piece seat, upright riding position, round headlamps and more.
Royal Enfield Himalayan 450
The upcoming Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 can be considered as Royal Enfield's answer to the likes of more powerful adventure motorcycles such as the KTM 390 Adventure, BMW G 310 GS, and Zontes 350 T. As such, the upcoming Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 comes equipped with a more powerful, 450cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine and this engine is expected to push out around 40bhp of peak power.
Royal Enfield Himalayan 650
Royal Enfield is currently developing a 'Himalayan' equipped with the 650cc, parallel-twin engine. This motorcycle is likely to appeal well to customers looking for a long-distance adventure tourer motorcycle. Moreover, the launch of the Royal Enfield 'Himalayan 650' motorcycle will give the company a lot of exposure in the international Adventure motorcycling community as well.
Royal Enfield Scrambler 650
As we know, the Royal Enfield's 650cc, parallel-twin engine is a very versatile powertrain and the Royal Enfield Scrambler 650 is the result of Royal Enfield making complete use of this powerplant by making a scrambler motorcycle around this engine. Moreover, it is worth mentioning that this motorcycle has been few times testing and we expect this motorcycle to take some time to hit the production line.
Fully-Faired Royal Enfield Continental GT 650
The fully-faired version of the Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 motorcycle has been spied a few times in India and international markets. Moreover, this model will not only have better aerodynamics, but it will also sport a higher top speed as a result of this addition. Furthermore, the model could also sport alloy wheels and all-LED lighting as well.
