2023 Hero Xpulse 200T 4V Teased Ahead Of Its Launch – Sports New Features As Well
While the Hero Xpulse 200 range of motorcycles is doing really well in the Indian motorcycle market, the two-wheeler manufacturer is now looking forward to further boosting its sales figures by gearing up to launch the 2023 Hero Xpulse 200T 4V motorcycle in the country.
That being said, Hero Motocorp has officially released the teaser of the upcoming Hero Xpulse 200T 4V motorcycle ahead of its launch in the country, and we expect this motorcycle to be launched before the end of November 2022.
Speaking about Hero Xpulse 200T, this motorcycle is the more road-focused version of the Hero Xpulse 200 motorcycle. As such the 'T' variant of the Hero Xpulse 200 sports a more road-biased setup compared to the standard motorcycle.
Thanks to this road-biased setup, the Hero Xpulse 200T is a more suitable motorcycle for those looking for a peppy city-friendly motorcycle with decent touring capabilities for occasional long rides.
Now, coming back to the teaser released by Hero Motocorp, the company is looking forward to launching the updated Hero Xpulse 200T motorcycle. This updated variant of the Hero Xpulse 200T will now come with the more powerful and more refined 4-valve engine from the Hero Xpulse 200 4V. - Hence the name 'Hero Xpulse 200T 4V'.
This new engine is a 199.6cc, 4-valve, oil-cooled, BS6 engine capable of producing 18.83bhp of peak power at 8,500rpm and 17.35Nm of torque at 6,500rpm. Moreover, this engine will come mated to the same 5-speed transmission as the Hero Xpulse 200 4V motorcycle. In comparison, the outgoing version of the Hero Xpulse 200T uses a 199.6cc, 2-valve engine with 17.85bhp of peak power at 8,500rpm and 16.15Nm of peak torque at 6,500rpm.
Thanks to this new powertrain, the upcoming Hero Xpulse 200T 4V motorcycle will be 6 per cent more powerful and produce 5 per cent more torque than the outgoing Hero Xpulse 200T motorcycle, resulting in an even more relaxed motorcycle at higher speeds.
Looking at the teaser images, the upcoming Hero Xpulse 200T 4V motorcycle also seems to sport a few cosmetic upgrades. Diving into details, the upcoming motorcycle seems to sport a whole bunch of upgrades such as a belly pan, fork gaiters, a new fly screen, and a new dual-tone seat.
Thanks to these cosmetic upgrades, the upcoming Hero Xpulse 200T 4V motorcycle looks much more mature and attractive than the outgoing iteration of the motorcycle, especially with the fork gaiters and the small body-coloured flyscreen above the LED headlamp.
Earlier, a leaked image of the upcoming Hero Xpulse 200T 4V motorcycle also revealed that the motorcycle will sport a more functional-looking grab rail as well. However, this feature couldn't be identified properly in the recently released teaser images and video of the upcoming Hero Xpulse 200T 4V motorcycle.
Thoughts About The Upcoming Hero Xpulse 200T Motorcycle
We expect the upcoming Hero Xpulse 200T 4V motorcycle to click well with its target audience and also attract more buyers to the showrooms. As such, this will help Hero Motocorp to further improve its overall sales figure and further extend its market share in the country.
