The Vyrus Alyen comes is built on double-beam magnesium chassis called as ‘Double Omega Design' by the company. All the body parts and the wheels are made from carbon fibre. With this the motorcycle becomes light and powerful, the two most important factors for makings of a superbike.

The superbike also features composite handguards with integrated turn signals and an exhaust system is borrowed from the Vyrus 982 M2 bike.

The Alyen features hub-centre steering, called as the Hydraulic Wired Steering System, instead of a conventional fork and t-stem setup. The hub-centre steering system separates the steering and suspension functions.

This helps the bike to become more agile through corners as it separates the braking forces and helping with the weight shift under braking. Ascanio Rodorigo, the project leader of Vyrus had developed this technology back in 2004 and was featured in Bimota Tesi 2D superbike.

The Braking duties on the Alyen are handled by Brembo GP4 series units at both ends. While the suspension setup includes the company's Vyrus push-rod twin-pivot system at both ends.

The brand has just unveiled the motorcycle globally. However, Vyrus is yet to reveal the price and the number of units that will be produced. We expect the Vyrus Alyen superbike to be produced in limited numbers by the company to maintain exclusivity.
