Bajaj CT 110 BS6 Prices Marginally Increased: Here Are The New Prices

Bajaj Auto has increased the prices of yet another motorcycle in its line-up, the CT 110 in the Indian market. The company has recently increased prices for most of its entry-level models by a small margin.

The Bajaj CT 110 BS6 motorcycle is available in two variants: (KS) Kicks-Start and (ES) Electric-Start. The company has only increased the price of the Kick-Start variant, while the top-trim Electric-Start model's price remains the same.

The CT 110 BS6 (KS) variant has received a price increase of Rs 1,498. The motorcycle now retails at Rs 48,410. While the top-spec CT 110 BS6 (ES) model costs Rs 51,520. All prices mentioned are ex-showroom (Delhi).

Bajaj Auto recently update the CT 110 commuter motorcycle to BS6 standards. The motorcycle continues to be powered by the same 115cc engine that is now updated to comply with BS6 emission norms.

The CT 110's BS6 engine does not feature a fuel-injection munch like other motorcycles in the segment. However, the company has used an electronic carburettor with the engine to make it BS6 complaint. The 115.45cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder produces a maximum power of 8.4bhp at 7000rpm and a peak torque of 9.81Nm at 5000rpm. The engine comes mated to a standard four-speed gearbox.

Apart from the updated engine, all other features have been carried forward from the BS4 model. This includes halogen headlamps with LED DRLs placed on top, an upswept exhaust, factory fitted crash guard, and engine bash plate, analogue instrument cluster, single-piece seat, and chain cover; among others.

The motorcycle also features stylish body graphics on the tank, rear-fender and headlamp cowl giving it a premium look. The motorcycle offers upright riding position with well-cushioned seats that make for a comfortable riding position. It also features a 10.5-litre fuel tank with a claimed mileage of 75kmpl to 80kmpl. This means a riding range of over 750 kilometres on one tank of fuel.

Suspension duties on the CT 110 are handled by a telescopic suspension at the front, and the brand's ‘SNS' twin-shock suspension setup at the rear. Braking on the motorcycle is done via 130mm drum brakes at the front, and a 110mm drum brake setup at the rear, supported with a combined braking system for additional safety.

Thoughts About The Bajaj CT 110 BS6 Prices Getting Marginally Increased

Bajaj has increased the prices of most of its model in the line-up including the entry-level commuter models. However, the increase has only been marginal and is expected not to affect sales of the motorcycles. The CT 110 has been a popular model across the country, especially in rural areas because of its rugged design with exceptional reliability.
