Royal Enfield Bullet Trails 350 & 500 Details Leaked — Get Ready To Scramble

Royal Enfield recently released a teaser video revealing that the Bullet Trails 350 and Trails 500 scrambler motorcycles were ready to be launched in India. Now a new report by Bikewale has revealed all the details regarding the two upcoming scrambler motorcycles from Royal Enfield.

The image leaked by the publication show off the numerous changes that help differentiate the two new Scrambler motorcycles from the other bikes in the Bullet lineup from Royal Enfield. Compared to the regular Royal Enfield Bullets the upcoming Trials scrambler motorcycles feature a host of aesthetic changes, that really help them stand out from the crowd.

These changes include a protective grille for the headlight, offered in both black and chrome. The front suspension setup is protected using fork gaiters while the front and rear mudguards are finished off in chrome and have been shortened as well. The spoked wheels are polished and sport knobby tyres while the frame and subframe of the motorcycles are being offered in either a red or a green paint scheme.

Both the Trails 350 and 500 are single seater motorcycles with the rear seat being replaced by what appears to be a luggage rack. Also, both bikes could very well be the most chromed-out bikes in the Enfield lineup except for the chrome variants already on offer with the shiny stuff being literally draped on almost every surface available.

Everything from the braked pedal to the swing arm cap, exhaust and rear view mirrors all feature the shiny material which Indian RE owners seem to love. Also, the exhaust on both of the new Bullet Trails 350 and 500 will be an upswept unit, which should help with trail riding thanks to the increased clearance on offer.

Both new bikes are expected to retain the powertrain options offered by Royal Enfield for its Bullet lineup. The Bullet Trails 350 will be powered by a 346cc single cylinder engine which in the Bullet 350 cranks out 19bhp and 28Nm of torque. The Royal Enfield Bullet Trails 500, on the other hand, will draw power from a 499cc single cylinder engine that pushes out 27bhp and 41Nm of torque. Both bikes are expected to retain the 5-speed transmission setup found on the Regular Bullet 350 and 500 motorcycles.
