This includes the upcoming Benling Aura and the Ather 450 premium electric scooters. The Benling Aura has been confirmed to launch in India sometime in the month of September — here are the details.
The newly introduced Hero Dash electric scooter, on the other hand, will rival the other more affordable models in the segment; such as the Avan Trend E and the Okinawa Praise.
All three scooters, including the all-new Dash, are powered by lithium-ion batteries; making them eligible for the government's FAME II incentives. The three electric scooters are also priced competitively, due to the recent cut in GST rates on electric vehicles to 5 per cent in India.
