2018 Honda Aviator Launched In India; Priced at Rs 55,157
The 2018 Honda Aviator has been launched in India. The latest 2018 generation scooter is priced at Rs 55, 157, ex-showroom (Delhi).
Honda Motorcycles has launched the 2018 edition of the Aviator In India. The 2018 Aviator comes with a starting price of 55,157, ex-showroom (Delhi). The scooter is further available in three variants: standard, alloy drum and alloy disc.
The 2018 Honda Aviator comes with a host of new features and updates. New features on the 2018 Honda Aviator include LED headlamps and position lamps, four-in-one lock, seat-opener switch, a front and retractable rear hook and a metal muffler protector.
The 2018 Honda Aviator also comes in a new colour scheme of Pearl Spartan Red. This is in addition to the three existing colours, carried over from the previous generation.
The three existing colour options include Pearl Igneous Black, Matte Selene Silver Metallic and Pearl Amazing White.
Mechanically, the 2018 Honda Aviator remains the same. The 2018 version of the scooter is powered by the same 109cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine churning out 8bhp and 9Nm of torque.
The suspension on the Aviator is handled by telescopic front forks and a mono-shock at the rear. The scooter rides on 12-inch and 10-inch tubeless tyres at the front and rear, respectively.
Stopping power on the 2018 Aviator offering is through 130mm drums at both ends. The scooter, however, also offers a 190mm front disc as optional. Honda also offers their Combi-Braking System (CBS) as standard on the Aviator.

Honda also recently launched the 2018 version of the Activa-i in India. The 2018 Activa-i also features a number of updates in terms of cosmetic and the features offered. The Honda Activa-i is a sleeker and more female-oriented scooter offering from the brand.
