Low-Cost Mahindra Mojo UT300 Spotted At Dealership — To Rival Bajaj Dominar 400
Mahindra is al set to launch the new variant of the Mojo in the Indian market called as Mojo UT300.
Mahindra's flagship offering in the country, the Mojo is a sports tourer naked motorcycle with premium cycle parts and features. Now, the company is all set to launch a new low-cost variant of the Mojo devoid of some of the premium features of the standard variant of the motorcycle.
The new variant of the Mahindra Mojo is named as UT300 and has been spotted at a dealership. The overall design of the motorcycle remains unchanged. The Mojo UT300 is equipped with conventional telescopic forks at the front as opposed to the USD forks seen on the fully loaded variant.
The Mojo UT300 gets a carbureted engine, whereas the standard model is equipped with fuel injection technology. The new variant of the Mojo also misses out on LED DRLs, dual exhaust and Pirelli Diablo Rosso II tyres. The new variant of the motorcycle is shod with MRF tyres.

The new UT300 variant of the Mojo does not get golden accents on the frame and front forks and features blacked out swingarm and chassis. The Mojo UT300 will be offered in two new paint schemes - Red and Blue. The motorcycle also gets a redesigned seat with better pillion comfort.
The currently sold fully loaded variant of the Mojo will be christened as Mojo XT300. Both the variants of the Mojo will draw power from the same 295cc liquid-cooled engine. The power figures for the FI variant stands at 27bhp and 30Nm of torque. We expect a slight difference in power output of the carb variant.
The Mahindra Mojo UT300 has already started arriving at select dealerships, and the launch is expected to happen in the coming days. The Mojo UT300 is likely to carry a price tag of around Rs 1.4-lakh to Rs 1.5-lakh.

The new Mahindra Mojo UT300 is a downgraded version of the currently sold model and will be introduced at an aggressive price tag. With the launch of the new variant, Mahindra is aiming to boost the sales of the motorcycle in the country. With a price tag of around Rs 1.4 lakh, the Mojo UT300 will be a fitting rival to the Bajaj Dominar 400.
