Ducati Panigale V4 Bookings Re-Open In India; Here’s Why
Ducati India has started the bookings for the Panigale V4 for the second time in the country.
Ducati launched the new Panigale V4 in India in January 2018. The Ducati Panigale V4 is priced at Rs 20.53 lakh and the V4S variant costs Rs 25.29 lakh. Both prices are ex-showroom (India).
Initially, only 20 units of the Ducati Panigale V4 and V4S were allocated to India and they were sold out in just a week.
Now, Ducati states that the demand for the Panigale V4 has increased and announced that it has re-opened the bookings for the company's flagship superbike. The good news is, Ducati will provide as many units as required to cater the demand of the customers in India. The pricing of the bike remains unchanged.
The Ducati Panigale V4 draws power from an all-new Desmosedici Stradale 1,103cc, 90 degree V4 engine producing 210bhp and 124Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox delivering power to the rear wheel.

The Ducati Panigale V4 features three riding modes: Street, Sport and Race. The kerb weight of the Panigale V4 stands at just 198kg and the V4S is lighter by 3kg and weighs just 195kg.
The Panigale V4 also gets a host of electronic aids such as power launch, quick-shifter, cornering ABS, traction control, slide control and much more.
Other prominent features of the Ducati Panigale V4 includes LED headlamps, automatic indicators and steering damper from Sachs. The Ducati Panigale V4 also features an aluminium single-sided swingarm.
On the Other hand, the Ducati Panigale V4S is equipped with Ohlins NIX30 fully adjustable forks up front with electronic compression and rebound adjustment. The rear of the bike gets Ohlins fully adjustable monoshock suspension.
The Panigale V4S also gets other weight-saving equipment such as Marchesini Aluminium forged wheels and lithium-ion battery. The deliveries of the Panigale V4 will commence from July 2018.
