Yamaha Patents Two-Wheel Drive Bike Design — The Future Of Motorcycles?
The patents have just been granted, and with registering them, Yamaha is taking the future of motorcycles to a whole new level.
Yamaha, one of the leading Japanese two-wheeler manufacturers, is working on two-wheel drive motorcycle. The company has filed for patents on the designs regarding the development of the motorcycle.

The patents have just been granted, and with registering them, Yamaha is taking the future of motorcycles to a whole new level. However, the manufacturer is still yet to confirm when the two-wheel drive motorcycle will hit the market.

According to the images shared by MoreBikes, the design shows the routing of the power cable that will supply the front wheel which has a hub-mounted engine. This design shows that the hub-mounted engine will work along with a conventional motor which sends power to the rear wheel.

It seems like the motorcycle shown here is a pure electric one. For powering the engines, it will need a massive battery pack, and we have no idea how the hub-mounted engine will work.
