TVS Updates Wego And Jupiter With Sync Braking System
TVS Wego and Jupiter updated with Sync Braking System (SBS).
TVS Wego and Jupiter receive Sync Braking System (SBS). The company conducted research concerning the physics and engineering of two-wheeler brake system.
Also, the TVS performed an in-depth customer study to understand various braking demands, which gave birth to SBS, which was first introduced in the TVS Wego.
The SBS relies on a reaction relay lever to subtly co-apply brakes in quick sequence. The relay effect guarantees that the transition plays out evenly and the deceleration is equally distributed thereby offering superior braking control.
The braking system automatically initiates the front brake whenever the rear brake is applied, thereby improving braking performance of the vehicle.
While using the system, it activates a single brake control mechanism referred as THE MULTIPLIER, which transfers the input force to both the wheels without any reduction of the force.
The SBS is claimed to improve braking performance by synchronising the braking between the front and rear wheels with predetermined delay and force limiter function.
The system is claimed to offer added safety while improving the life of tyres and brake liners by efficient use of the braking function of both the wheels.
