Spy Pics: Suzuki Intruder 150 Spotted Ahead Of Launch
Suzuki is all set to launch the Intruder 150 in India, ahead of that the motorcycle has been revealed in latest spy photos.
Suzuki Motorcycle India is all set to launch the new cruiser motorcycle, the Intruder 150 in country. Ahead of that Bikeadvice has spotted the Intruder 150 during an advertisement shoot. The riders are also wearing a 'Biking/Urban Brotherhood' jackets which suggest a new riding group to be revealed with the Intruder 150.
Suzuki will enter the cruiser motorcycle segment with the Intruder 150. The overall design of the motorcycle is inspired by the bigger Intruder. Suzuki will launch the new cruiser motorcycle in India on November 7, 2017.
The Suzuki Intruder 150 looks stunning with the bulbous design. The motorcycle features a flowing fuel tank with extensions which also covers the engine. The front profile features signature Intruder LED projector headlamp borrowed from the Intruder M1800R.
The Intruder badging on the tank adds to the premium look of the motorcycle. The side panels are neatly integrated which are finished in black. The motorcycle also gets an engine cowl.

Apart from that, the Suzuki Intruder 150 gets single piece wide handlebar and digital instrument cluster which is borrowed from the Gixxer series. The bucket-style rider seat is plush and comfortable, whereas pillion seat is a bummer with its small size. The dual port chrome exhaust is also borrowed from the Gixxer.
The tail section of the Intruder 150 gets a large flowing cowl which enhances the looks of the motorcycle. The rear section also gets a sleek LED tail lamp. All the other components are borrowed from the Gixxer series to keep the costs low. The leaked brochure also reveals that the motorcycle will be offered with the single-channel ABS, similar to the Gixxer SF.
The Suzuki Intruder 150 draws power from the existing 154.9cc air-cooled, single cylinder engine producing 14.6bhp and 14Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The same engine is deployed in the Gixxer series, but the Intruder 150 develops good low and mid-range torque.

Suzuki is entering the cruiser motorcycle segment with the introduction of the Intruder 150. The motorcycle will rival the likes of Bajaj Avenger 150 and also the Avenger 220 Cruise with its premium features. Expect the Intruder 150 to be priced in the range of Rs 95,000 to Rs 1 lakh ex-showroom.
