Sherco TVS Dominates PanAfrica Rally; Aravind KP Finishes At Strong 12th Position

Sherco TVS Rally Factory team emerged victorious at the end of the PanAfrica Rally 2017 in Morocco.
Joan Pedrero and Adrien Metge finished the rally in first and second spot respectively. Indian rider Aravind KP fought hard and finished a respectable 12th position despite a 35 minute time penalty in the fourth stage.

Joan Pedrero dominated most of the stages along with teammate Adrien Metge and were ahead of the competition at the end of almost every stage. The Panafrica Rally was a training ground for the Sherco TVS riders ahead of the 2018 Dakar Rally.
Held in the scorching heat and high dunes of the Sahara Desert, the PanAfrica Rally is a huge stepping stone for Dakar dreamers. The strong performance of Sherco TVS throughout the rally is an encouraging start to the Dakar season.

Commenting on his performance, Aravind KP said, "The PanAfrica Rally was a huge learning ground for me. It has instilled tremendous confidence in me, considering that the overall performance of the team has been phenomenal."
Sherco TVS Rally Factory team will next participate in the OiLibya Rally of Morocco to be held between October 4-10, 2017.

The Sherco TVS riders showed impressive pace to claim victory at the 2017 iteration of the PanAfrica Rally. The riders endured the scorching heat of the Sahara desert and some of the toughest terrain on the five stages of the rally. The victory will be a boost for the team which is gearing up for the 2018 Dakar Rally.
