MV Agusta Brutale 800 Bookings Open In India

MV Agusta has begun bookings for the naked sports bike Brutale 800 in India.

Italian sports bike manufacturer MV Agusta is all set to launch the iconic Brutale 800 naked sports bike in India. Now, the company has officially commenced bookings for the 2017 Brutale 800 ahead of its launch.

MV Agusta India has not revealed the booking amount for the new Brutale 800; it has officially shared a post with an image in its social media channels announcing the bookings for the bike has begun.

The India-bound MV Agusta Brutale 800 will be brought to India via Semi Knocked Down (SKD) route and will be assembled in India at the Kinetic plant, who has partnered with MV Agusta to bring its bike to India.

Powering the Brutale 800 is a Euro 4 compliant 798cc inline three cylinder mill which churns out 109bhp and 83Nm of torque.

The 2017 Brutale 800 looks the same in profile as the previous model, but there are updates such as the all new digital meter, new tank design and DRLs that are now housed outside the headlamp, redesigned tail and rear seat section, new handlebar, among others.

MV Agusta will offer slipper clutch, switchable ABS, eight level traction control, riding modes and integrated multi-map Ride-By-Wire System on the Brutale 800.

The Brutale 800 comes with twin 320 mm discs with Brembo callipers up front, and a single 220 mm disc at the rear and the tyres are Pirelli Diablo Rosso 3s.

This motorcycle will rival the Triumph Street Triple, Kawasaki Z900 and will be launched shortly.
