Honda Rebel Aviator Nation Limited Edition Revealed — Time For Another Rebellion
To create excitement among young, prospective riders, and the Honda Rebel Aviator Nation limited edition looks the part.
When Aviator Nation founder, Paige Mycoskie, gave the perfect 1970s vibe of her favourite California lifestyle brand to design the Honda Rebel + Aviator Nation edition, the outcome was the perfect collaboration for the adventurous spirit wanting to get out and traverse the world from a various vantage point.
The Honda Rebel has received a total re-design for 2017, both inside and out. The Honda Rebel is a modern motorcycle with a classic and minimalist attitude, but when it comes to performance, these motorcycles are anything but underestimated.
Both the Rebel 300s and 500s are created for cruising up the coast to pursue the perfect swell or swerving through traffic on the way to a great hitchhiking spot.
The result of the collaboration between Honda Rebel + Aviator Nation is a user-friendly, lightweight cruiser that is unmistakably Aviator Nation; achieving Paige's natural love of outdoor adventure, music and design.
The seat is a result of hand-stitched brown leather with the embroidered Aviator Nation signature logo is a retro variation to the black, glossy fenders that flank the motorcycle.
The gas tank's gold shine is an acceptance to the retro design sparkle drum sets & guitars and is completed with Aviator Nation's Signature four stripes decorated on in the brand's recognisable colours.
Custom brown leather grips, round rear view mirrors, a minimalist tail light and caged headlamp are the highlights on top of Paige's imagination.
Lee Edmunds, Manager of Motorcycle Marketing Communications at American Honda said, "We're really excited about this collaboration with Aviator Nation, the potential for these bikes is endless and with the Aviator Nation customized bikes, we're just starting to explore what great things are possible in the custom bike world."
He added, "With each different owner, we're hoping to see totally different expressions of style and attitude. This up and coming generation of riders will probably be unlike anything we've known, and we're hoping they think the same of these great motorcycles."
Commenting on the idea, Paige said, "I was inspired by vintage motorcycles from the 70s. When I was given the opportunity to customise a 2017 Honda Rebel, I knew that I wanted to create a classic, clean look reminiscent of those heritage Honda bikes."
