Honda CB Hornet 160R Fully Faired Motorcycle India Launch Details Revealed
Honda is expected to launch the fully faired version of the CB Hornet 160R by the end of 2017 and prices could start at Rs 90,000 ex-showroom.
Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt Ltd is all set to launch a host of two-wheelers in India in next 12 months, and one of them is the fully-faired version of the CB Hornet 160R.

The CB Hornet 160R is one of the very popular models from the company's product lineup for India. Currently, Honda offers a fully faired model in the 150cc segment that is the CBR 150R. With Hornet's popularity in the country, adding a fully faired version is a right way forward.

Suzuki in India offers the Gixxer SF, a fully faired version of the naked bike. With the success of the Gixxer SF, Honda might be mulling to introduce the Hornet in the fully faired version to lock horns with the Gixxer SF.

The fully faired Hornet is expected to be launched in India by the end of 2017 and prices could start at Rs 90,000 ex-showroom.

Talking about the design of the fully faired version of the CB Hornet 160R, it comes with a muscular fairing sharing the design language of it bigger siblings.

The fully faired version of the Honda Hornet is expected to be powered by the same engine as its naked version. The 162.7cc engine churns out 15.6bhp and 14.8Nm of peak torque.
