Honda Activa 125 launched in India. The 2017 Honda Activa comes with a massive styling change up front and is the first automatic scooter in India that is compliant with BS-IV emission norms and also features the Auto Headlamp On (AHO) safety feature and prices for the new Honda scooter start at Rs 56,954 ex-showroom (Delhi).
Honda Activa 125 Prices & Variants
The new Honda Activa features three variants compared to the two variants available on the scooter that it replaces. The new middle variant features alloy wheels with the regular drum brakes. Honda's combi-braking system (CBS) is standard across all three variants.

2017 Honda Activa 125 Specs
The Honda Activa is powered by a 125cc engine with Honda Eco Technology. The revised 125cc engine is compliant with BS-IV emission norms that will go into effect later this year.
The new Honda Activa 125 engine produces 8.52bhp @ 6,500rpm and 10.54Nm of torque @ 5,000rpm. The engine is mated to a CVT automatic gearbox that sends the power to the rear wheel.
The 2017 Honda Activa also gets Honda's patented Combi Braking system (CBS) with an Equaliser system that balances braking inputs on both wheels when the left lever is pulled and helps reduce stopping distances while helping the new Activa maintain its balance. Also present are telescopic suspension up front, a longer & wider seat, and a bigger 12" front wheel.
Honda Activa 125 Design, Features And Colours
The Honda Activa 125 has undergone quite a design change up front thanks to the new LED positionlights that are separated by a chrome chin. The 3D Honda badge is larger as well. Honda has also provided a retractable front hook and mobile charging port to offer more convenience features to customers.
The new Activa is available in five colours: Pearl Amazing White, Midnight Blue Metallic, Black, Rebel Red Metallic and the brand new Mat Crust Metallic.
