Italian two-wheeler manufacturer Benelli has unveiled its new mini motorcycle, the TNT 125. The motorcycle looks like a mini avatar of the TNT 25.
Initially, the Benelli TNT 125 will be retailed in select global markets such as the United Kingdom, Czech Republic and Australia.
On the design front, the TNT 125 looks like a downgraded version of its sibling, the TNT 25. The mini motorcycle features a sharp and aggressive design similar to rest of the products in the TNT lineup.
The TNT 125 gets sharp headlamp with LED daytime running lights. The exposed steel trellis frame and the dual-exhaust setup add to the sporty naked streetfighter looks.
The mini motorcycle draws power from a 125cc single cylinder; fuel injected engine producing 11bhp and 10Nm of torque. The kerb weight of the motorcycle stands at 124kg with a fuel tank capacity of 7.2-litre.
The 125cc mini motorcycle is equipped with upside down forks up front and monoshock suspension setup at the rear. Braking duties are handled by 220mm and 190mm discs at front and rear respectively. For added safety, the motorcycle gets Benelli's linked braking system.
Currently, Benelli has no plans to launch the TNT 125 in India anytime soon. Previously, the company was testing the TNT 135 and also conducted a study on the feasibility of the motorcycle in the price sensitive market. Unfortunately, with no positive response, the company dropped the plans of launching a 135cc premium motorcycle.
