This Bajaj Pulsar 200 has been modified to give it a cafe racer look. The motorcycle also gets retro styled paint scheme and other design elements.
The trend of cafe racer motorcycles is growing day-by-day in India. We have seen several modified cafe racer motorcycles and here is an addition to that list.
This time it's a Bajaj Pulsar 200 which has undergone a transformation from a street motorcycle to a cafe racer. Tejas Manek, a student pursuing Masters in Automobile Design has modified his Pulsar 200 to give it a mean looking cafe racer look.
The modified cafe racer is named as PulRacer. The frame of the modified motorcycle remains the same. The body panels of the stock Pulsar has been replaced with custom body kits.
The black and orange paint job on the motorcycle enhances the retro look of the cafe racer. The PulRacer gets circular headlamp unit.
Other prominent modifications on the motorcycle include a short front fender, single seat and custom tail lamp. The modified Pulsar is equipped with custom made fuel tank with carved knee recess.
The rear of the motorcycle gets sleek tyre hugger. The retro styled handlebars get circular rear view mirrors. The rear tyre is of fat profile compared to the stock motorcycle.
The brakes and the suspension remain the same as the stock Pulsar. The overall design is very simple, but the retro looks give a typical cafe racer looks. Watch how this Pulsar was transformed to a cafe racer in the above video.
