Post Success In India, Bajaj Dominar 400 To Be Sold In Global Markets
After being showcased at the 'Motobike Istanbul' and launched in Nepal, the Bajaj Dominar 400 will head to Malaysia and Thailand.
With the surge in demand for powerful mid-sized engine yet affordable motorcycles, Bajaj will launch the Dominar 400 in Malaysia and Thailand.

After being showcased at the 'Motobike Istanbul' and launched in Nepal, the Bajaj Dominar 400 will head to global markets. The Dominar, although in a higher displacement range, will compete in price with quarter-litre bikes such as the Yamaha R25 and the Kawasaki Ninja 250, which are popular beginner bikes in South East Asia markets.

Although the Dominar 400 shares its heart from the KTM Duke 390, the bike has a new take on the single cylinder engine sharing just the engine block. Despite the sports cruiser weighing at 182 kg kerb weight, is remarkably great to ride and manoeuvre.

Bajaj has powered the Dominar 400 with the 373.3cc single cylinder unit churning out 35bhp and 35Nm of torque. The Dominar 400 gets several premium features such as optional ABS, LED headlamp and slipper clutch.

In India, the Bajaj Dominar 400 is priced at Rs 1.36 lakh for the non-ABS and Rs 1.50 lakh for the ABS variant ex-showroom (Delhi).
