2017 Bajaj Discover 125 Launched In India; Prices Start At Rs 50,559
Bajaj Auto has launched the 2017 Discover 125 with BS-IV compliant engine and few other cosmetic updates. The motorcycle gets wider rear tyre and DC lighting setup.
Bajaj Auto is updating its entire product portfolio to meet the new BS-IV emission norms. After the updates on the Pulsar series, Bajaj has introduced the 2017 Discover 125 with BS-IV compliant engine and few cosmetic upgrades.

The drum brake variant of the 2017 Discover 125 is priced at Rs 50,559 ex-showroom (Delhi), a price hike of Rs 1,464 compared to the previous model. The disc brake variant is available with a price tag of Rs 52,559 ex-showroom (Delhi).

The 2017 Bajaj Discover 125 gets fresh looks with new colour schemes on offer. The motorcycle is offered in four paint schemes - Ebony Black with Deep Red graphics, Ebony Black with Deep Blue graphics, Electron Blue and Flame Red.

On the design front, the motorcycle remains unchanged compared to the previous model. But the 2017 Discover gets updated features such as 35 Watt DC headlamp and wider rear tyre.

Powering the new 2017 Discover 125 is a 124.6cc single cylinder, air cooled BS-IV compliant engine producing 11bhp and 10.8Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox.

The braking department is handled by a 130mm drum brake at both front and rear wheel of the 2017 Discover 125, whereas the disc brake variant of the motorcycle gets 200mm disc up front.

The kerb weight of the new Discover 125 stands at 120.5kg, and the motorcycle can reach a top speed of 100km/h. The new Discover 125 delivers a mileage of 82.4km/l identical to its previous iteration.
