Ather Energy Appoints Sunitha Lal As Head of Human Resources
Ather Energy has hired Sunitha Lal as the Head of Human Resources.
Electric two-wheeler start-up company Ather Energy has hired Sunitha Lal as the Head of Human Resources. Her immediate focus will be on defining the culture at Ather.
Ather is gearing up for the production and delivery of their first product, the S340. Ather had also hired Venki Padmanabhan as COO and Thiruppathy Srinivasan as VP of Vehicle Development in the past few months.
In 2007, Sunitha was appointed as Vice President and HR Head at AIG Systems Solutions. In 2009 she was appointed as the SVP and Global Head of Talent Management, Business HR Head at Mphasis,

In 2012, Sunitha took over as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Matrimony.com. She is an alumnus of Madurai Kamaraj University.
