Kawasaki Launches The 2017 KLX 140G Dirt Motorcycle In India
Kawasaki India has launched the 2017 KLX 140G dirt motorcycle in the Indian market with a price tag of Rs 3.91 lakh ex-showroom (Delhi).
Kawasaki India has launched the 2017 KLX 140G dirt motorcycle in the Indian market. The KLX 140G is the fourth off-roading motorcycle from the company which is slotted between the KLX 110 and KLX 100.

The Kawasaki KLX 140G will come to India as a Completely Built Unit (CBU) and the motorcycle is priced at Rs 3.91 lakh ex-showroom (Delhi).

The 2017 KLX 140G is powered by a 144cc four-stroke, single cylinder engine mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The off-road motorcycle is bolted on a steel perimeter frame.

Up front, the Kawasaki KLX 140G is equipped with telescopic forks and an adjustable mono shock suspension at the rear. The braking duties are carried by 220mm disc up front and a 190mm disc at the rear.

The prominent features of the KLX 140G include long travel suspension, off-road tyres and minimalistic bodywork. The motorcycle also gets a raised exhaust and high ground clearance for off-roading capabilities.

The KLX 140G is equipped with 21-inch front and 18-inch rear spoke wheels for off-roading in rough terrains. The motorcycle has a low seat height of 860mm and a kerb weight of just 99kg for easy maneuverability of the motorcycle in rough terrains.
