Yamaha India Witnesses Phenomenal Growth During September
India Yamaha Motor has revealed to us that they have achieved growth of 33 percent during September 2016. The growth is measured in comparison to the corresponding period in the previous year. Domestic sales, as well as sales in Nepal, have been included by Yamaha India.
Domestic and export sales together provided Yamaha with over one lakh sale units. In September 2016, Yamaha sold 89,423 two-wheelers in the domestic market. During September 2015, the two-wheeler manufacturer managed to sell 67,267 units.
Exports by Yamaha India stood at 11,730 two-wheelers, excluding Nepal market. This has provided the manufacturer with a robust 33 percent growth. Innovative customer centric activities, along with an exciting two-wheeler portfolio has provided this relief.
Next goal in sight for Yamaha India management is to achieve one million sales milestone. The two-wheeler manufacturer believes this will certainly be achieved by 2017. Both scooters and motorcycles will equally contribute towards Yamaha India's future sales target.
