Valerie Thompson Declared World’s Fastest Female Motorcycle Racer

Valerie Thompson has been declared as the World's Fastest Female Motorcycle Racer. This title was bestowed upon her on September 1, 2016, at the Bonneville Motorcycle Speed Trials. She also won the 'Top Speed of the Event Award' from organisers.

Thompson piloted the "7" Streamliner at an average speed of 489.66km/h. Valerie's highest exit speed that earned her these accolades was 503.72km/h. She has now set the top speed of the event and is also the World's Fastest Female Motorcycle Racer.

Team "7" Racing is owned by John Jans and Joe Harralson, while the "7" Racing streamliner is designed by Denis Manning. Here is the video of Valerie Thompson's award-winning speed run at Bonneville Salt Flats on the 3-mile short course.
