UM Motorcycles Open Sixth Dealership In India — Riders Zone
UM Motorcycles, which made its debut in India during the 2016 Auto Expo has opened its sixth dealership in India, called the Riders Zone in Jaipur. The new outlet is located at B-7, Sethi Colony on Govind Marg at Raja Park.
UM Motorcycles' Riders Zone is spread over an area of 2,100 square feet and has an after sales facility as well. The after sales facility is spread over an area of 1,500 square feet. Currently, UM Motorcycles has two models on sale in India.
The first model is the UM Renegade Commando, which is priced at Rs. 1.66 lakh ex-showroom (Jaipur). The motorcycle is powered by a 280cc, single-cylinder engine that makes 25bhp and 21.8Nm of peak torque. The engine comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox, and the low slung cruiser comes with telescopic front forks and front disc brakes.
The second model on sale is the UM Renegade Sports S, which shares the same engine as the Renegade Commando, a 280cc, single-cylinder engine that produces 25bhp and 21.8Nm of torque. The Renegade Sport S retails for Rs. 1.56 lakh ex-showroom (Jaipur).
During the Auto Expo, UM showcased a third model as well — the Renegade Classic. UM Motorcycles will start accepting bookings for the Renegade Classic during this festive season. Since the Renegade Classic shares the same engine as the Commando and Sports S, we can expect the motorcycle to be priced competitively.
