Triumph Motorcycles India Reveal Launch Date For 2016 Bonneville T100
Triumph Motorcycles will be launching its all-new Bonneville T100 in India on October 18. New Bonneville T100 was recently showcased at 2016 INTERMOT Motor Show. It is extremely surprising to see Triumph launching its new model in India within a month of its global unveil.
Powering the all-new Triumph Bonneville T100 will be a 900cc parallel-twin cylinder, liquid-cooled engine. This engine produces 54bhp, along with 80Nm of peak torque output. It is the same engine that does duty in Triumph Motorcycles Street Twin model.
2016 Bonneville T100 will utilize Triumph Bonneville's T120 frame. New Bonneville T100 will feature traction control, ride-by-wire throttle, ABS, engine immobilizer, and USB charging as standard. Bonneville T100 will be offered in India as a CKD (Completely Knocked Down) unit.
Currently, Street Twin model is Triumph Motorcycles most affordable model in India. Price gap between Street Twin and T120 is extremely huge. Triumph Bonneville T100 will fill this price gap, we expect this model to be priced in the range of Rs. 8 lakh ex-showroom.
