In the recently released JD Power Customer Satisfaction Survey, they have listed categories of how they evaluate the rankings in the survey with a total scoring point of 1,000.

5. Honda
With a score of 750 points, Honda Two-Wheelers provide the best of service post sales, Honda once a partner of Hero, broke away and now looking to consolidate its market share. Some of best products are Honda Activa 3G and Honda CB Shine.
4. Yamaha
Yamaha scored a total of 757 in the customer satisfaction survey, the Japanese-based automobile manufacturer has been in the country for some time now and understand the requirements of the customer. Their main products are Yamaha Saluto which gives one of the best mileage and Yamaha YZF R15 which is a powerful premium bike.
3. Royal Enfield
The iconic motorcycles who has never stopped producing bikes for nearly 100 years have grown beyond strength and created a niche for themselves in the mid-weight category. Royal Enfield scored a total of 758 edging past Yamaha. Customer's satisfaction has been rated as good for the Chennai-based manufacturer. In their lineup, they have the Classic Desert Storm and cruiser Thunderbird.
2. Suzuki
Suzuki has slowly crept into the hearts of the people by launching very efficient commuter motorcycles and have been leading in the some of the segment. Their score from the JD Power Customer Satisfaction Survey is 764. They have the Suzuki Sling Shot and Suzuki Gixxer.

Customers of TVS have given a winning scorecard for the TVS company and are satisfied with the post sales service of their vehicles. TVS scored 773 in the survey and rank no. 1. Some of their products include TVS Scooty Pep, TVS Jupiter, TVS Pheonix, TVS Star City Pus, and their premium motorcycle TVS Apache RTR family.
