Stefan Bradl & Nicky Hayden To Be Partners At Ten Kate Honda Team
Stefan Bradl announced that he would not be taking part in MotoGP competition from the 2017 season onward. The German rider will be moving to WSBK Championship in 2017 and will be joining the Ten Kate Honda Team. Bradl will replace Michael van der Mark who will be teaming up with Crescent Yamaha.
Alongside Stefan Bradl, will be Nicky Hayden aboard the Ten Kate Honda Team. This will be Stefan Bradl's first attempt at competing in WSBK. Nicky Hayden, on the other hand, will be in his second year riding for Honda in 2017.
Bradl has won the Moto2 Championship back in 2011 and Hayden has won the MotoGP Championship in 2006. The duo will make an excellent team and are sure to be competitive in 2017 WSBK Championship.
Honda will need to upgrade or completely redesign the Fireblade for 2017 Championship. WSBK officials have introduced several changes, which will be implemented in the upcoming season. The Fireblade has gone through little to no change over the past years and has still been competitive.
