Kawasaki Mumbai Dealer Receives Cash In Full, But Fails To Deliver Motorcycle
A Kawasaki dealer in Mumbai, Kawasaki Palm Beach has received cash in full from a customer for a Z800 motorcycle, but has failed to deliver it yet. Even the company has ignored the customer, as per claims.
Neil Narendra Shah paid cash in full for a Kawasaki Z800 to the dealer, Kawasaki Palm Beach. It has almost been 90 days since he booked the motorcycle and the dealer has not delivered it yet.
When Neil contacted Kawasaki directly, the motorcycle maker has claimed that the company has not received any cash yet. Neil has since written multiple mails to anyone connected in this matter and still awaits a positive response.
As per claims, Neil is not the only affected customer. There are more people who have paid cash for a Kawasaki motorcycle but have not received them yet. There are claims that people have paid upto Rs. 15 lakh, but are waiting to receive a motorcycle.
Kawasaki Palm Beach is an official dealer and is also listed on the company website as an authorised dealer. Neil has all the supporting documents, including the cash receipt for the motorcycle he has paid for. Is this a case of negligence, or has the money gone into fraudulent hands?
