Nicky Hayden To Replace Jack Miller For MotoGP Aragon Round

Nicky Hayden currently participates in the WSBK Championship with Honda. The American former Champion quit MotoGP with Honda on a positive note. Now, Nicky Hayden will be making a brief comeback to MotoGP with Marc VDS Racing Team.

Hayden will be replacing the injured Jack Miller at Marc VDS Racing Team. So far, he is only confirmed to race at the Aragon GP. Miller is taking a short break from racing so that he can compete at his home race at Phillip Island, Australian GP.

Before quitting MotoGP, Nicky Hayden was racing for Aspar Team, who used Open Class Honda. Previous to that, Hayden was a factory rider for Honda and Ducati. He won his sole MotoGP Championship back in 2008 with Repsol Honda.

Now, there are two riders in MotoGP who currently also participate in the WSBK Championship. Alex Lowes will continue to replace Bradley Smith at Monster Tech3 Yamaha. Nicky Hayden will be filling Jack Miller's shoes at Marc VDS Racing Team at least for the Aragon GP.
