New Brutale 800 By MV Agusta To Launch In India By Mid-2017
The all-new Brutale 800 will be coming to India sometime during mid-2017. Once launched expect MV Agusta Brutale 800 to be priced in the range of Rs. 12 lakh to Rs. 15 lakh ex-showroom.
MV Agusta is expanding its superbike portfolio in the Indian market via MotoRoyale outlets. The new product launch is scheduled for mid-2017 and it will be their all-new Brutale 800. Currently, MV Agusta does not offer the Brutale 800 in the Indian market.
Powering the 2017 Brutale 800 is a 798cc in-line three-cylinder , liquid-cooled, Euro-IV compliant engine. This engine produces 116bhp, along with 83Nm of peak torque, and is mated to a 6-speed transmission.
MV Agusta has equipped the motorcycle with 8-level traction control with full Ride by Wire. The quick shifter with slipper clutch works on upshift and downshifts. MVICS (Motor and Vehicle Integrated Control System) includes multi riding maps and Bosch ABS 9 Plus for a safe riding experience.
Three colour options will be available for MV Agusta Brutale 800 model. Red with Matt Silver, Black Matt Metallic with Matt Silver, and Pearl Ice White with Matt Metallic Graphite. Expect Brutale 800 to be priced in the range of Rs. 12 lakh to Rs. 15 lakh ex-showroom.
All-new Brutale 800 by MV Agusta will face tough competition in the Indian market. The Brutale 800 will have to compete with Kawasaki Z800, Triumph Street Triple, and Ducati Monster 821 models. All three bikes will have a price advantage over MV Agusta's Brutale 800.
