New Honda Activa-i Launched In India For Rs. 50,255; In New Colours Too!
Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India has launched an updated version of the Activa-i model. The 2016 Activa-i is Honda's seventh two-wheeler to be launched in the calendar year. The new Honda Activa-i scooter is priced attractively at Rs. 50,255 ex-showroom (Mumbai).
The standard variant of Honda Activa-i gets Black and Pearl Amazing White colour options. The new colours amongst standard variant are Pearl Trance and Candy Jazzy Blue. Imperial Red Metallic is the new colour in the Deluxe range, along with Pearl Amazing White and Orchid Purple Metallic.
Powering the Activa-i will be an 110cc single-cylinder, air-cooled HET engine. The engine produces 8bhp, along with 8.74Nm of peak torque. Honda claims that the Activa-i can attain a top speed of 83km/h and is offered with optional Combi Brake System (CBS).
No major changes have been carried out on the 2016 Honda Activa-i. The Japanese manufacturer has added three new colours to keep the model fresh and attractive. It remains their most affordable scooter, however, the Navi is priced lower and sits in a different segment.
