MV Agusta Launch Confirmed For May 11
The Italian bike manufacturer will foray into India with its first launch scheduled on May 11, 2016. Kinetic Group has an agreement with MV Agusta and will be producing the motorcycle here in India and will be called 'MotorRoyale'.
There is no official confirmation of the product portfolio or which bikes will be launched in India. We can expect three models for India. In fact, the Brutale 1090 was unofficially launched back in November 2015 with a price tag of Rs.17.99 lakh.
There are reports that the bookings have started for F4 RR model of the MV Agusta and boast with a price tag of Rs. 35.50 lakh. The F4 RR model is a litre engine motorcycle with Ride-By-Wire technology, Ohlins electronic suspension, steering dampers and titanium con rods.
The Brutale 1090 will also be one of the expected launches, this is powered by a 1078cc engine, developing 144bhp and 112Nm of torque and go up to 265kmph. The Brutale 1090 is expected to be priced at Rs. 19.3 lakh ex-showroom.
The other model from the MV Agusta stable will be the F3 800, a sleek machine which is powered by a 798cc engine with 148bhp and can go top of 269kmph. One of the main features is that comes in 8-stages traction control and ABS.
Apart from these models, MV Agusta is expected to launch the new 2016 Brutale 800, which is the newest creation from MV Agusta. Stay tuned for all updates about the launch on May 11, 2016 coming exclusively from DriveSpark.
