M-Taxi Partners With Paytm For Cashless Payments
M-Taxi is a two-wheeler taxi service is partnering with Paytm for cashless payments for the ride. Currently, payments were only through cash for the ride. The service was started in Gurgaon and they are looking to spread across the NCR region. The company claims to offer affordable last-mile connectivity.
Paytm being one of the top payment gateway for e-commerce platform has partnered with M-Taxi to ease the payment process for commuters using this service.
"We are expanding as a service and are constantly improvising our offerings," said Arunabh Madhur, Founder and CEO, M-TAXI. "With Paytm wallet, we will be providing convenience to our daily customers for speedy, secure and hassle-free payments."
This app-based service will upgrade to the Paytm payment option from the next updated version. With the increase use of Smartphones in India, M-Taxi is looking to fill this gap and provide the much needed ease for payments. Pricing for the ride costs Rs. 25 for the initial three kms and Rs. 5 for every subsequent kilometer and looking to provide 24x7 service.
