Kawasaki Ninja 650 & ER-6n Indian Models Get Updated
The Ninja 650 & ER-6n motorcycles from Kawasaki have received minor updates for 2016. Models will be equipped with improved tyres and an all-new paint scheme. Deliveries of the new models are set to commence pan India immediately.
India Kawasaki Motors will be equipping the ER-6n with Dunlop Sportmax D214 tyres. The Kawasaki Ninja 650, on the other hand, will continue using Dunlop RoadSmart II tyres. No other radical changes have taken place on either motorcycle.
Ninja 650 will adorn an all-new Kawasaki Green, Black, and Silver paint scheme. The Japanese-based manufacturer has added a few stickers which accentuate the design of the motorcycle. Kawasaki ER-6n gets all-black paint scheme with Kawasaki Green detailing.
Both models will continue to be powered by a 649cc twin-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine. The engine is tuned to produce 70bhp, along with 64Nm of peak torque and is mated to a 6-speed gearbox. Unfortunately, Kawasaki is still not offering ABS even as an option on either model.
