Hero Splendor iSmart 110 Motorcycle To Be Launched In India On July 14
Hero MotoCorp will be launching an all-new motorcycle on July 14, 2016, in the Indian market. The Splendor iSmart 110 motorcycle which was showcased at the 2016 Auto Expo will be launched. Several new and unique features have been provided to the motorcycle for extra oomph.
Powering the Splendor iSmart is a 110cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine. The engine will produce 9bhp, along with 9Nm of peak torque and is mated to a 4-speed gearbox. A top speed of 87km/h can be achieved along with phenomenal fuel efficiency.
A Start/Stop system will be added to the engine that further improves fuel efficiency. Hero MotoCorp has built the engine and technology in-house. The system helps the Splendor iSmart deliver better performance as well as mileage.
In terms of design, the Hero Splendor iSmart 110 will look identical to the model showcased at the Auto Expo. New colours and graphics will be provided to the motorcycle, offering a unique and premium look. An all-new LCD display showcasing trip meter, fuel level, and odometer will be included.
Expect the all-new Hero Splendor iSmart 110 to be priced approximately at Rs. 55,500 ex-showroom (Delhi). Hero MotoCorp is most likely to offer the motorcycle in a couple variants to its customers. Stay tuned for more updates from Hero MotoCorp and its upcoming launches.
