Ducati Launches Its Meanest Cruiser In India — The XDiavel For Rs. 15.87 Lakh
Italian motorcycle manufacturer Ducati has launched its cruiser motorcycles in India, the XDiavel and the XDiavel S, priced at Rs. 15.87 lakh and Rs. 18.47 lakh ex-showroom (Delhi) respectively.
The XDiavel will compete in the Indian market against Harley-Davidsons and the Indian Motorcycles range. Bookings are already being accepted for the XDiavel and XDiavel S across the country.
Powering the Ducati XDiavel is a 1262cc, Ducati Testastretta DVT L-Twin engine that produces 156bhp and 129Nm of peak torque. The engine comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox and the final drive is belt driven. The engine is powerful enough to rocket the beast of a motorcycle to a top speed of 240km/h.
On the features front, the Ducati XDiavel comes with an adjustable upside down front fork, monoshock at the rear, disc brakes at both ends, LED headlamps, and a TFT screen for the instrument console.
On the technology front, it is a delight for customers looking for latest electronics to keep the rider safe. To name a few, the Ducati XDiavel comes with Ducati Power Launch (DPL), Ducati Traction Control (DTC), Bosch cornering ABS, keyless ignition, cruise control, variable riding modes, and hands free connectivity.
