Ducati Teases 939 SuperSport; Set For Debut At INTERMOT 2016
Italian motorcycle manufacturer Ducati has dropped a teaser for its upcoming 939 SuperSport sports bike which will make its debut at INTERMOT 2016 in Cologne, Germany.
The 939 Supersport which was codenamed Project 1312 will be powered by the same 937cc, 11-degree L-twin that powers the Hypermotard 939.
The engine produces 111.4bhp and 98Nm of torque on the Hypermotard 939 but it is expected to be reworked for the new bike.
The new 939 SuperSport will not be based on the mocoque chassis of the Panigale but instead will feature a trellis frame anda single-sided swingarm.
The new Ducati 939 SuperSport will make its official debut on October 4 at INTERMOT 2016.
