Ducati MotoGP Team Confirms Iannone Or Dovizioso To Stay
Ducati MotoGP Team has confirmed that Jorge Lorenzo will be riding for them in the 2017 and 2018 Championship. The Italian manufacturer also promises that they will not be signing any new rider to their upcoming project in MotoGP.
Either Andrea Iannone or Andrea Dovizioso will continue riding for Ducati in the following season. Jorge Lorenzo was asked who he would prefer as a team-mate in Ducati. Surprisingly, the Spaniard declared that he does not care who would ride alongside him.
Both Dovizioso and Iannone are exceptional riders and have contributed tremendously in making the Ducati what it currently is. The duo has constantly evolved the race package into a podium potential machine. Ducati officials will have a tough task choosing one rider over the other.
Andrea Dovizioso has loads of experience in the MotoGP paddock. Andrea Iannone, on the other hand, is young and a risk taker. Ducati officials will have to choose whether they want a risk taker or a cool and calm rider alongside Jorge Lorenzo in the paddock.
