BMW Motorrad To Set Up Official Showrooms In India From 2017

BMW Motorrad is all geared up to open showrooms for its motorcycles in the Indian market from 2017. Currently, the motorcycles are imported by existing, BMW car dealers.

Most of the motorcycle enthusiast in India are eagerly waiting for the company's G310R. The motorcycle was expected to launch by the end of 2016, but BMW has postponed it to 2017.

Other models that will be available at the official showrooms are S1000R, S1000RR, S1000XR, F800R, F800GS, F700GS, R1200G, BMW K1600GTL, BMW R Nine T and R1200GS Adventure.

Even though there will be separate motorcycle dealerships, it is also expected that the two-wheelers will continue being placed on display in company's car dealerships also.
