Bajaj Pulsar 150 NS Teased; To Be Launched In India In 2017

Currently, the Pulsar 150 NS is being exported to international markets such as Thailand, Turkey, Finland, Ecuador, Peru, Mexico, Colombia and the United States.

The new generation Pulsar 150 has been a much-awaited motorcycle in India. Now, according to reports the Pulsar 150 NS will be launched in India by early 2017.

The teaser video released by Bajaj auto showcases the motorcycle's handling and agility in comparison to a gymnast. The Pulsar 150 NS has already been tested on the Indian roads so it is likely to be launched in the near future.

Coming to the design of the motorcycle, it features the same design cues as its elder sibling the Pulsar 200 NS. The only major change is the new 150cc motor.

The Pulsar 150 NS is powered by 149.5cc twin-spark four valve air-cooled engine which produces 16.7bhp of power and 13Nm of peak torque. The same engine made its debut in India through the Pulsar 150 AS.

The Pulsar 150 NS sports impressive power figures in its segment. It's the second best performer motorcycle in ts class compared to the CBR 150's 18.2bhp of power. The new engine is technically advanced than the engines on the regular Pulsar 150.

The Pulsar 150 NS will be the second new-gen naked motorcycle from Bajaj Auto in India. The Pulsar 200NS was pulled out of the market a year ago and it is rumoured that the 200 NS will see a relaunch in the Indian market.

Once launched the Pulsar 150 NS is expected to cost around Rs 85,000 and will go head on against the likes of Suzuki Gixxer and Honda CB Hornet in India.
