Bajaj Auto has already confirmed that its flagship bike Dominar 400 will be launched on December 15, 2016. The company has been teasing with posters and images of the new bike.
Now a new teaser of the Dominar 400 has been released revealing LED lightings for the headlamps. Bajaj Auto's Dominar 400 Facebook page reveals the new cruiser sports bike will feature LED lightings.
The caption says "The darkness decimates before the blazing glare of Dominar 400. The Big Bike for Big Boys is coming on 15th Dec 2016."
The concept of the Dominar 400 was showcased at the 2016 Auto Expo in Delhi and raised the excitement levels of biking enthusiasts. Touted to rival the likes of Royal Enfield and Mahindra Mojo in the mid-capacity engine segment.
Bajaj will power the Dominar 400 with the 373.2cc single cylinder liquid cooled engine based on the KTM engine family. Bajaj has tuned the engine to deliver power for touring purpose unlike the outright performance of the KTM 390 Duke.
Power from the mill is expected to be in the range of 30 to 40bhp and will be mated to a 6-speed gearbox and Bajaj will carry forward its patented triple spark technology.
Bajaj has started the production of the Dominar and rolled out the first bike on November 18, 2016. The Dominar 400 is expected to come with a price tag of Rs 1.5 lakh.
When launched, the Bajaj Dominar 400 will be themost powerful bike from the company and is might give a tough competition to Royal Enfield.
