Piaggio Rolls Out The First SR 150 From Its Baramati Plant
Piaggio Vehicles Private Limited (PVPL) has rolled out its very first Aprilia SR 150 from its Baramati plant.
Once the scooter hits the showroom, the SR 150 will be available in matte black and white.
The SR 150, which Aprilia calls the India's first "crossover bike", will be powered by a 150cc engine which can produce 11.4bhp and 11.5Nm of peak torque.
The highlights of the SR150 are the steel frame structure, twin pod analogue instrument cluster, tubeless tires and the RSV4 inspired styling.
The Aprilia SR 150, priced at Rs. 65,000, will be sold through Piaggio's dealership network across the country as well as their Motoplex's.
The pre-bookings for the SR 150 can also be done through Paytm.com.
