Aamir Khan Takes Delivery Of Special Bajaj V Motorcycle

Bollywood actor, Aamir Khan has accepted the delivery of a very special motorcycle. The actor received a special edition of the Bajaj V motorcycle. Present at the handover was Rajiv Bajaj, the Managing Director of Bajaj Auto.

Across the tank in the red area, Bajaj has engraved the letter 'a' for Aamir Khan. The rear seat cowl gets the word 'Chotelal' as a 3D emblem. All these elements will be unique to Aamir Khan's bike and no other individual will receive a similar motorcycle from Bajaj Auto.

The Bajaj V motorcycle was launched in India during February 2016. Delivery of the model to customers has just begun pan India. Bajaj Auto claims that the V is their most proudest production model till date. Every Bajaj V motorcycle has a part of history embedded into its tank.

The tank metal used for Bajaj V is the scrap metal from INS Vikrant. Bajaj Auto had acquired three tonnes of scrap metal that came out of the aircraft carrier. All of Bajaj V motorcycles get some percent of metal from INS Vikrant's scrap metal.

Powering the Bajaj V is a 149.5cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine. The engine produces 11.80bhp, along with 13Nm of torque and is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. In terms of pricing, the Bajaj V costs Rs. 66,614 ex-showroom (Mumbai).
