27th Gulf Monsoon Scooter Rally To Start On July 10
The 27th edition of the Gulf Monsoon Scooter Rally will be held on the 9th and 10th of July in the backwoods of Navi Mumbai.
The rally is open to all Indian-made scooters - two-stroke, four-stroke and gearless and offers winners cash prizes of over Rs. 75,000.
The briefing for all participating riders will be held on July 9, 2016 and will be followed by the ceremonial start from Our Lady's Home, 205, Ambedkar Road, Dadar, Mumbai.
The rally itself will start and end at the K-Star Hotel on Sunday, July 10, 2016.
There are four different classes for the competition
- above 80cc up to 110cc - two stroke
- above 110cc up to 160cc - two stroke
- up to 160 cc - four stroke.
- General four stroke
Entry forms are available and accepted only at the Chitrakut offices of the organisers Sportscraft at Siri Road, Chowpatty Bandstand, Mumbai.
Entries for the rally will be accepted till 5 p.m. on Thursday, June 30, 2016, while late entries will be accepted until 1 p.m. on Tuesday, July 5, 2016. A maximum of 50 entries will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.
